The Vidyalaya celebrated 76th Republic Day its premises. The national flag was unfurled at 7: 30 a.m after which the Principal of the school addressed the gathering. In his speech he talked about the significance of the day and motivated the students to become responsible citizens of the country. After that student of the school performed patriotic song, Assamese poem recitation, Hindi poem recitation etc. Two students delivered English speech and Hindi speech. Around 500 people including students, parents, guardians and well-wishers attended the
programme. The NCC troop went to Margherita Central Field to take part in March
